Lower Zemplín

Lower Zemplín (Dolný Zemplín) is a region in Eastern Slovakia.

• 🌍 Čierna nad Tisou. State border with Ukraine and Hungary.  
• 🌍 Kráľovský Chlmec (Királyhelmec). A small village with Hungarian majority, near a nature reserve of Latorica.  
• 🌍 Michalovce. The biggest town in the region, nearby the water dam Zemplínska Šírava.  
• 🌍 Senné. Bird paradise.  
• 🌍 Sobrance. Museum of guitars and nearby vineyards.  
• 🌍 Trebišov.  

• 🌍 Slovak Tokaj.  
• 🌍 Zemplínska Šírava. Recreational zone north of the lake with the same name.
