Kajen is a city in Pekalongan.

• Tauto - A soto with sweet tauco seasoning (fermented soybeans) as flavoring. This dish made from vermicelli, sauce, meat, boiled eggs and chips topped with fried onions and celery leaves.
• Megono - A dish made from sliced young jackfruit with coconut chili sauce. It tastes savory and spicy, usually served hot with additional side dishes such as stink bean, fried fish or fried chicken.
• Garang asem - A soupy dish made from offal and beef/buffalo meat mixed in a sour and spicy sauce.
• Pindang tetel - A soupy dish containing beef trimmings and sliced spring onions with pindang spices mixed with kluwek.
• Iwak panggang - A smoked sea fish and often found at Kajen Market. It is can accompanied with chili sauce, cracked, vegetables, nor fritters.
• Lontong lemprak - Boiled lontong served using the lemprak method. Chicken meat with thick sauce.
• Kluban - A food made from various kinds of vegetables such as long beans, bean sprouts, kale, spinach and cabbage then sprinkled with grated coconut.
• Keripik tahu - Chips that made from tofu, seasoned with special spices and then fried until dry and crispy.
• Growol - Traditional snack made from cassava. This food is also often used as a substitute for rice, especially for those on a diet because this food is low sugar.

To the south, Linggoasri village, where you can do outdoor recreation in nature such as hiking, caving, and rafting.
