Fraisse-sur-Agout

Fraise-sur-Agout is a small village in the Hérault Department of Occitanie

Signed north then east from St Pons de Thomieres.

Fraise-sur-Agout has excellent access by car to the Monts de Lacaune, the Monts d'Épinousses and Le Sidobre.

Perusal of a large scale map enables those with limited energy to find fairly near motor access to some splendid viewpoints. In particular, From the tiny hamlet of Douch there is a short walk to the summit of the Monts d'Épinousse

There is a trail around the Vézoles Lake in the commune of Fraise-sur-Agout.

The Monts de Lacaune area has a cheese of its own.
